Overall exceptional service.
Lovely breakfast, fabulous views, amazing location so close to the Waterfront, and the fast ferry to Gozo which is a new seacat service. Fantastic room, lovely bed, amazing bathroom. Plenty of facilities like: a private safe, a mini-bar, and central heating.

Everything was perfect, stunning location short walk to the center and old Valletta, near all the historic sites, fun restaurants and the ferry, relaxing experience. The staff were all pleasant and outstandingly accommodating. Hotel's breakfast was comprehensive and absolutely superb, included cereals, cakes, pastries, fruit, and eggs. The provided service was excellent.

The hotel was quirky, excellent services provided, perfect location in the city centre of Valetta. The rooms were air conditioned and had hypoallergenic pillows. We got a bathtub too.

I stayed at this hotel for trip, it was a really nice stay. Spotless property, and the staff were competent and absolutely courteous, location was absolutely perfect in the center of everything. The breakfast was complimentary and complete with local products and lovely homemade cakes, for instance.

This hotel is superbly located right in the center of Valletta, making it the perfect base to explore the city. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms, although small, were well-designed and had all the basic amenities we needed. The highlight was the Maltese balcony in our room, which offered extraordinary views of the city.
That breakfast could have included some cooked items like bacon or eggs.

The location was great and stunning, just 5 min walk from a public garden. The staff were welcoming and polite made my stay such great. I had luxurious and immaculate a double room.
